Clicks Booked LLC builds and operates websites and booking systems for service businesses (“the Services”).

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or engage our Services. Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam.

Services, billing, and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly, in advance, starting when your website goes live.
• There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Domain names are registered in your name and remain yours.
• Website content we produce for you is yours once your account is in good standing.

The 48-hour guarantee

Our delivery guarantee runs from the end of your kickoff call, provided we have the information requested during that call. Delays caused by waiting on required input from you pause the clock. If we miss the deadline for reasons within our control, your first month is free.

Intellectual property

The Clicks Booked name, logo, and the content of this website belong to Clicks Booked LLC. Internal tooling, templates, and systems we use to deliver the Services remain ours; the finished website content we create for you is yours as described above.

Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, we don’t guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Results from marketing tools vary by business, market, and effort. No specific volume of bookings or revenue is promised.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clicks Booked LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the “last updated” date revised above.
